We only collect the data you voluntarily provide:

Consultation / callback form
First name, last name, email, phone, country, business type and message — to organise your free consultation and get back to you.
Referral form
First name, last name, email and phone — to manage your participation in the referral program.
Newsletter
Email address — to send you our tips and updates.
Voice consultation with Lisa
When you talk to Lisa (online or by phone), your conversations are processed to prepare your summary and proposal. Lisa is a voice assistant powered by artificial intelligence: you are informed at the start of every conversation.

No data is collected without your knowledge and no sensitive data is requested.

Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent (form checkbox, newsletter signup) and on pre-contractual measures or the publisher's legitimate interest in answering your requests.

Recipients and hosting

Your data is intended solely for the site publisher and is neither sold nor shared with third parties. To operate, the service relies on technical providers: Netlify (site hosting, USA), Make (automation, European Union), ElevenLabs (assistant voice, USA), Twilio (telephony, USA) and Google (email delivery). Transfers outside the European Union are governed by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
